High Pressure Springs from Lee Spring

Brooklyn, New York (May 16, 2017) —  High Pressure Springs from Lee Spring save space to enable compact product design by combining a unique range of performance characteristics to suit small applications with high loading requirements. The Lee Spring High Pressure Series match small physical size with high force capacity operating over short distance and small deflections.

High Pressure Springs feature heavier than normal gauge wire in a smaller than normal diameter compression spring configuration. High Pressure Springs are the compression springs of choice for ball detent fixtures, quick change tooling, switches, safety relief valves, electrical contact actuation, vice clamps, toys and many production line fittings or accessories.

Lee Spring stock High Pressure Springs are offered in various size ranges with 300, 400 and 500 psi pressure ratings. They are only available in type 17-7 PH stainless steel which provides excellent corrosion resistance. These High Pressure Springs are preset, and are shot peened and passivated for enhanced performance.

This “High Pressure” compression spring series include selections to work in holes from 1/8" (3.18mm) to 1" (25.40mm). They are available in a range of free lengths, starting at 0.250" (6.35mm) up to 2" (50.80mm).
